Letter Recognition Game – Reading ELA

Use the Smartboard with the interactive learning activity on letter recognition.Becoming fluent in letter recognition helps students to become more at ease with the alphabet. Knowing letter names leads to a better understanding of letter sounds since most letter names are similar to the sounds they make.

Directions: Press play to begin the game and then the ready cube to select to list the alphabet in the correct order or a jumbled version. A letter will be said and it it your job to click on the corresponding letter on the Smartboard. If you need to hear the letter again, simply click repeat. Play
